MEMO standards

I do pay more attention than this question implies...but I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything.  Did the 2009 standards refresh documents for each grade level replace the separate reading, research, responsible use, and technology standards documents for each grade level?  I want to present them to my school's administration and want to be sure I'm including everything.  :)
